Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order goes into processing and cannot be changed.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes! COD is available across most pin codes in India. A small handling fee may apply and a confirmation call will be made before dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Non-metro & Tier 2/3 cities: 5–8 business days. Remote areas: 7–12 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount. Check our website for current offers.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Can I exchange my size?
Yes! Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Products & Sizing
Are your t-shirts true to size?
All Solo Horizon t-shirts are oversized fit. We recommend sizing down if you prefer a less oversized look. Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements.
What fabric do you use?
We use premium quality cotton fabric designed for comfort and durability.
How should I wash my Solo Horizon tee?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not iron on print.
