Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are not eligible for return

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original tags

Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges subject to availability. If you received the wrong size or a defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to our address as provided
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed
