At Solo Horizon, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible across India.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro & Tier 2/3 Cities: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount — check our website for current offers.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most pin codes in India. A small COD handling fee may apply. COD orders are subject to a confirmation call before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order in real time.

Delays

Solo Horizon is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will always do our best to keep you informed.
